How can we change our yummy Indian fried snacks to some healthy ones?


Majority of our snacks are so unhealthy what is a good way to exchange them with some thing healthier.plz suggest. Thank you.

Areen any types of chats (fruit/chana) is a good opt instead of fried snacks, U can also make bara in the oven for dahi baras instead of frying them in oil. It's just using some new ideas and see wat can be done that's about it.

Dear Areen, try this.You can bake masala puri, paratha and many other things.It becomes little hard but it is a healthy compromise.
