Hmmmm.. this might be something technical people call as "cache" problem. Your browser keeps a record of every page you visit for a certain period of time. When you visit the same page again it saves time by just loading from the local copy instead of loading from the website. Sometimes this results in you looking at something that has actually changed. Clicking on "Refresh" button should solve this problem though.
