mrs.soujanya, i think its good receipe.i have not yet tried but i think light frying will give vadas a good taste.

Dear Soujanya, This is a very good, tasty and easy to cook recipe. May I suggest one thing that if you slightly fry the bread balls, it will be more tasty and will not become soggy.

Hi rupa. Sweet chutney is made from Dates, tamarind, jaggery, jeera powder & salt. This is usually used in all Indian Chaats. Black Salt gives a tangy taste. Try to use it if possible. If u dont like, then its ok.
