Fava beans parhata

This parhata is one of my my own inventions and it is full of good nutrients to make u moving all day long. U can do them with left over beans too.

Hi Divya, fava beans = broad bean but not the green ones the brown ones North Africans use them allot. If u can't find them use red kidney beans and it will taste just as same. Hope that helped. Cheers.

The amount of fava beans is 1 c after it's cooked not before.
