Peppercorns are excellent source of Vit B -complex groups , Rich source of anti -oxidant Vitamins such as Vit C , A and gud source of minerals like Potassium , Calcium , Zinc , Iron etc . Peppercorns improves digestion , Boosts brain function , Helps in controlling heart rate and blood pressure , Prevents heart burn , Promotes Urination , Relieves pain , Reduces respiratory mucus and eases Sinus , Induces sweating which cools down the body and relieves feverish symptoms .
