Meghnaji, its really unfortunate that your koftas fell apart. I believe the mashed potato was added during marination. Try it again, and just add mashed potato and 3 to 4 slices of bread before frying in boiling oil. I am sure it will not disappoint you. Thanks

I tried this recipe and it turned out to be a big mess. The koftas fell apart in the oil. I was making this dish for a get together dinner and at the last minute I had to throw all the koftas in garbage and make something else. What a waste of time and money! I would definitely not try this recipe again.

Look Mr Shah I didn't write anything wrong. This place is not a marriage site that people put their picture up. Secondly I am not here to please anyone like Chitra, rabz, Christy, shewta or farah and ....... . If I like a recipe I do complement but when I see one person's recipes getting all the votes and other contributes are left out it means there is something going on.It should be fair. I am saying the truth and no one these days takes sides of the truth. And I don't need to make false votes or butter up people to show what my job is and how capable I am of doing things.
