Hi ! Very Healthy snack . Thank U . Bottle gourds are rich in dietary fiber . Apart from Iron content it is rich in Vitamin B and C . High in Sodium nd Potassium . Excellent vegetable for Hypertension and Diabetic patients . Prevents Constipation and helps to fight Urinary tract infection . Helps in weight loss .
