An absolute delight and a quick dish to prepare. You can boil eggs while you are preparing the masala.

Rajiv your recipe is simple and the dish is really tasty....vidhya's innovation is great too. My mom used to make an omlette, roll it, cut it into squares and put in the gravy...try it, tastes great

You can actually 'cook' the eggs in the masala. That is when the gravy is ready put the gas on low, break one egg at a time directly into the gravy. Just see that they dont overlap. For this you can use a flat cooking pan. Now simmer for 8-10 minutes and the eggs are done inthe masala itself. This saves time of boiling and shelling the eggs. Pretty fast and tastes good too. Only difference is it wont look the same. But why does that matter ?
