Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    1cup thick mango pulp

    for the custard

    2cups milk,3tbsp custard pd,5tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp vanilla essence or mango essence.

    for the gelatine

    1 1/2 tbsp gelatine,1tbsp sugar,1cup water,2tbsp lemon juice.

    for the cream

    300gm fresh cream,5tbsp powdered sugar.

    for decoration kiwi pieces round cut.

    Directions

    1. mix milk and sugar in a vessel and heat.dissolve custard powder in the little cold milk and add to the hot milk.stir till thick.remove from the heat and cool it.mix in essence and mamgo pulp.
    2. mix gelatine and sugar.add water and lemon juice beat on ice cubes wth an egg beater till fluffy.
    3. mix fresh cream and powdered sugar.beat over ice cubes till cream is stiff but flowing.keep aside little for decoration.
    4. place a large vesselover plenty of ice cubes.mix in cool custard with mango pulp,beaten gelatine,and fresh cream.stir till souffle becomes thick.
    5. now pour in a souffle bowl set in the refrigerator.before serving serve it  with kiwi fruit and little beaten cream.

    hi divya thanks for comment you can use mango but u try this time with kiwi and see the difference kiwi goes with this souffle.thanks.

    Dear Swati,it is a nice recipe but why you are kiwi fruit for garnishing?It is mango souffle and nicellllly cut mango would be appropriate. Believe me.
