Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • chicken-1/2kg
    • greenchillies-4
    • ginger paste-3/4tsp
    • garlic paste-1/2tsp
    • curry leaves-1/4 handful
    • coriander leaves-2to3 handful
    • sombu-1/2tsp
    • cinnamon(potional)-1/4inch. 
    • cooking oil-50ml
    • turmeric powder(optional)-1pinch
    • salt-as reqrd

    Directions

    • grind curry,coriander leaves,green chillies into fine paste.
    • heat oil in a pan ,put cinnamon(optional) and sombu.
    • add ginger,garlic paste,saute well.
    • add chicken &turmeric powder(optional) and saute  for 5 min.
    • then add grounded paste,enough water and salt to make gravy.
    • cook for another 5 min in a sim mode.
    • serve with rice,chapati.
