- chicken-1/2kg
- greenchillies-4
- ginger paste-3/4tsp
- garlic paste-1/2tsp
- curry leaves-1/4 handful
- coriander leaves-2to3 handful
- sombu-1/2tsp
- cinnamon(potional)-1/4inch.
- cooking oil-50ml
- turmeric powder(optional)-1pinch
- salt-as reqrd
Directions
- grind curry,coriander leaves,green chillies into fine paste.
- heat oil in a pan ,put cinnamon(optional) and sombu.
- add ginger,garlic paste,saute well.
- add chicken &turmeric powder(optional) and saute for 5 min.
- then add grounded paste,enough water and salt to make gravy.
- cook for another 5 min in a sim mode.
- serve with rice,chapati.
