Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup Moong sprouts
    • 1/2 cup moth sprouts
    • 1/2 cup black chana sprouts
    • 1/2 cup besan
    • 1 chopped onion
    • ½ tsp red chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp zeera, ajwain & saunf
    • a pinch of hing
    • salt to taste
    • chat masala to taste
    • a bunch of fresh corriander
    • oil to frY

     

    Directions

    1. blend all the sprouts(moong,moth & chana) together to make a fine paste without adding water.

    2. add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, hing, zeera, ajwain, saunf, chopped onion & chopped coriander.
    3. add besan for binding & mix well
    4. heat a oil in a pan, fry small pakoras & sprinkle chat masala over them.
    5. serve with green chutney or sauce..
