- Drumstick leaves-2cups.
- Jeera-1/2 tsp.
- Gingelly oil-2tsp.
- Grated coconut-1/4 cup.
- Salt-requird amount.
- Red Chilli-1no.
Directions
- Wash the leaves well.
- Heat oil in a pan , add red chilly and jeer.
- When you get good Smell, add onion and saute well.
- When it becomes transparent. Add drumstick leaves.
- Saute for 2 min. Adds a little amount of water.
- Close the lid. Cook in a Sim mode.
- After done, add grated coconut and salt.
- Mix well. Put off fire and serve.
