- drumstick leaves-2cups.
- ghee -4 to 5 tsp.
- whole jeera -1tsp or jeera powder-3/4 tsp.
- boiled rice-2cups.
- salt-reqrd amt.
Directions
- put jeera or jeera powder and ghee in a pan and heat in a slow flame.
- after getting good smell.add drumstick leaves'
- saute well till raw smell goes off.
- then,add boiled rice and salt.
- saute for 3 to 4 mins .put off flame.
- serve with fried potatoes or appalam or fish fry or chicken or mutton fry or potato chips.
