Mint Dip

A tasty dip that goes with just about anything from from Tandoori Chicken Tikka to Pringles

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings

    • 1 fistful of mint leaves
    • 2 green chillies
    • 1/4 inch piece of ginger
    • 1 tsp dhania(corriander) powder
    • 1 1/2 cup of Yogurt (curd/dahi)
    • salt to taste


    1. Grind the mint, ginger and green chillies into a fine paste.
    2. Beat the yogurt until smooth.
    3. Add the paste to the yogurt. Add the dhania powder and the salt.
    4. Beat (using a fork) until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
    5. Serve chilled with tandoori chicken, bbq chicken, fries, chips etc.
