Healthy Corn Pakoras

Very Tasty pakoras.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1/2 cup  frozen corn kernels
    • 1/2 cup frozen peas
    • 2 cups brown bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated cheese
    • 1 tsp jeera powder
    • 1 tsp dhania powder
    • 2/3 green chillies
    • 1/4 tsp shugar
    • 1 tsp curd
    • oil for frying
    • Salt as per taste


    1. Coarsley grind the corn and peas together
    2. To this add all the above ingredients
    3. Heat the oil in pan for frying
    4. Fry the pakoras  till brown
    5. Serve hot pakoras with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup

    Tip: For low cal version, cheese can be omitted and the pakoras can be grilled instead of frying.
