a sweet and sour sidedish
1 cup red pumpkin pieces (no need to peel)
2 cups curd
salt to taste
a few curry leaves
2 tbsp coconu
2 red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp coconut oil
Boil pumpkin pieces in cooker till soft.
Grind pumpkin pieces,salt coconut, chiilis to a not very fine paste.
Add to curd and mix well.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Serve with pulao ,rice or chappatis
Adjust chillis as the pumpkin will taste sweet.
