Honey Chilli Potato
Served as starter.

4 medium sized potatoes
oi for deep frying
2 tsp honey
salt and red chilli to taste
2 tsp til.
Peel and cut the potatoes in fingerchips shaped slices.
Deep Fry in a kadhai.
Add salt and chilli and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
Take a small bowl and pour the honey into it.
Dip the crispy fingerchips into the bowl.
Place the til in a platter and roll the honey laden fingerchips so that the til coats the fingerchips.
Serve hot in a platter.
