3 beetroots-medium size,
1 tsp. ginger powder,
1 tsp. amchur(mango powder),
3 tsp. sugar,
3 tsp. cornflour,
salt as per taste,
1 tsp. chilli powder.
1/2 tsp. mustard powder(optional).
Peel and cut beetroot, in small square shape,
boil it with salt and ginger powder-water should be enough to boil and remains about 1/2 cup,
add sugar, chilli, amchur, cornflour(blend in 2 tbsp. water), mustard powder.
cook on slow flame, for 5-7 mins.
serve it with rice, bread or chips.
