Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 3 cups Tuar Dal
    • 1 Tomato
    • 2-3 Green chilies
    • 3 tbsp tamarind water
    • 1 tsp Red chilies powder
    • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Few curry leaves
    • Coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 3 tbsp cooking oil


    1. Sock tuar dal for 1 hr. and boil with tomato.
    2. Now add all the ingredients expect jeera and coriander leaves.
    3. Boil adding 2 glass of water.
    4. Now take come oil in kadai adding jeera and put in tuar dal.
    5. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.




    Add some chopped garlic in ur tadka it will taste even better.
