Prawn fry

It is spicy side dish

It is the spicy one, my kids love it, hope yours too!

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg of Prawns
    • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp of sliced onion
    • 1 tbsp of coriander leaves
    • salt and chilli powder. as your requirement
    • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
    • 1/2 cup of oil

    Directions

    1. De-shelled and vein removed from the prawns.
    2. In a pan put this prawns, all the ingredients and sprinkle little water on the prawns and cook with stirring.
    3. In an frying pan pour oil and put this prawns alone, keep the masalas aside.
    4. When the prawns are fried finally add the masalas stir well fry for a while and remove from the flame.
    5. Serve hot with any types of rices

    Thank you rabz, well in this recipe adding the haldi will defenetly not change the taste infact it will give golden colour when you fry it

    ASAK, I'd go for Prawns any day. Just a Query can I exempt the Haldi or will it make a diff in the taste?Thnaks.
