Wash the fish , pat dry then mix it with the marination and keep aside .
Then heat oil and put the marinated fish in it and turn in a minute and then take out the fish from the pan , the fish should not be fried fully it shouuld be slightly fried .
Then in the same oil fry the chopped onions till soft then take out the onions from oil and grind them with some water and 2 tbsp of yogurt .
In the same oil add ginger garlic paste and saute .
Then add the onion yogurt mixture to the oil in which we had previously added ginger garlic paste .
Saute till the colour changes ,then add the dry spices except garam masala .
Now add the spinach and cook till the oil starts separating
Now add the fish and green chillies whole and garam masala . And cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes .
