Eat plenty of bananas with milk. Eat all high fiber meats etc.

afreen if u want to put on wait make banana milk shake with almonds and honey and drink twice a day. start ur day with 2 boiled eggs or raw if u can with a big glass of the above milkshake try this .all the best.
