Half kg mince chicken
2 tbsp mustardpaste
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
100 gms cheddar cheese cut into cubes.
Oil for deep frying
Mix mustard paste ,oregano, salt and whitepepper with the mince.
Marinate the mince for 15 minutes.
Shape into round cutlets enclosing a cheese cube in it.
Coat each cutlet with cornflour .
When frying , coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs then dip in beaten eggs .
Deep fry in moderately heated oil .
