Brinjal and Yogurt dish

Easy to make and goes with any rice dishes.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 large Brinjal
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
    • oil for deep frying
    • 1¼ cups Yogurt
    • chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
    • 1 green chilli chopped
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala

    Directions

    1. Wash Brinjal, and cut in thick round slices, rub red chilli powder and turmeric on it.
    2. Deep fry  slices few at a time, till golden brown.
    3. Beat yoghurt ,add garam masala,salt,and green chillies. mix well.
    4. Arrange  fried bringal slices on a flat dish, pour prepared yogurt evenly on it.
    5. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

    came out reallly welll Thank u ... When i made it 2nd time I even added the curd and cooked it.. it became all the more yummm.....

    To Kaykittu. kindly refer to my recipe,where it is clearly stated when to put salt. Rgds.
