Prawns Pulao

Aromatic rice with prawns

This dish is ready to serve in just three minutes.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

  • 1 cup Rice, Basmati
  • 150 gms. Prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 5 nos. Green Chilies
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil Rice the usual way. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make a paste of green chilis, coriandar leaves and ginger.
  3. Add two tablespoons of oil in a pre-heated pan.
  4. Add the green paste and saute it for a minute.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the paste while you saute it.
  6. Add the cleaned white prawns to it. Keep stirring till the prawns change color and start turning into balls.
  7. Now add the cooked rice into it and mix carefully.
  8. Add salt to taste.

Serve Hot.
