Roasted Kababs

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 lb mince meat
    • 2 onions.( finely chopped)
    • 5 green chillies
    • 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic paste
    • chopped corriander leaves
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 egg
    • 3 slices bread (soaked in water and squeezed)
    • salt
    • 2 tsps green chilly paste

    Directions

    1. Wash the meat and squeeze out all the water., mix all the ingredients in it and make flat kababs.
    2. Place them on greased tray and bake on medium heat.
    3. When  baked, take them out and use one of the following method before serving:

    1ST METHOD

    Put kababs in a pan ,place them together and put 1 tsp of margarine in the center, place a piece of burning charcoal on it and with a tight fitting lid, so that smoke does not escape from the sides. When all the smoke is finished, remove the charcoal and serve, with chutneys of your choice.

    2ND METHOD

    You can make following chutney and dip baked kababs in it.

    CHUTNEY;

    • 2 tbsp tomato puree.
    • 2 tbsps oil.
    • 4 tbsp vinegar.
    • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
    • 1/2 tsp garlic paste.
    • salt.
    • 1/4 tsp red chilly pwd.

    Mix all the ingredients and dip the baked kababs in it, place them on a greased tray and bake again for few minutes.

    YOU CAN EVEN SPREAD THE SAME CHUTNEY ON FISH AND COVER IT WITH FOIL ROAST OR GRILL.
