Cut boneless chicken into 2" and 1" thicks strips.
Chop garlic and chillies together.
Make a marinade by adding oil , honey , powdered chillies , garlic , soya sauce and salt .
Mix in the chicken strips and marinate for 2 hours.
TO MAKE BLACK PEPPER SAUCE :
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add freshly gronded blackpepper and the chicken stock. When reduced to half add soya and oyster sauce. Lastly add white vinegar and cook for 2 minutes .
Skewer the chicken and barbecue over coal till done. Sprinkle with blackpepper sauce and serve hot.
