Yogurt dish

Quick punjabi dish

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Curd (yogurt)
    • 1 boiled potato (optional)
    • 1 Onion
    • Salt,pepper ,as your taste
    • haldi,  jeera , kashmiri mirch
    • 1/2 tbsp ghee

    Directions

    1. Put the curd in bowl & beat for 2 minutes 
    2. Slice onion in thin & long slices
    3. Dice boiled potatoes (optional)
    4. Put a pan on flame & add ghee.
    5. When hot, add jeera & onion.
    6. Saute onion till it is golden brown. Add diced potatoes.
    7. Add masala (salt, pepper, haldi & kashmiri mirch) followed by curd.
    8. Simmer for two minutes.
    9. Palda is ready to serve with with paranthas
