Quick punjabi dish
Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
1 cup Curd (yogurt)
1 boiled potato (optional)
1 Onion
Salt,pepper ,as your taste
haldi, jeera , kashmiri mirch
1/2 tbsp ghee
Directions
Put the curd in bowl & beat for 2 minutes
Slice onion in thin & long slices
Dice boiled potatoes (optional)
Put a pan on flame & add ghee.
When hot, add jeera & onion.
Saute onion till it is golden brown. Add diced potatoes.
Add masala (salt, pepper, haldi & kashmiri mirch) followed by curd.
Simmer for two minutes.
Palda is ready to serve with with paranthas
