Very simple and tasty shallow fried fish recipe
Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
16 fish fillet or 1"x3" tikka
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp crushed black pepper corns
1 tsp turmeric powder
onion for salad
2 Lemon
1 tso chat masala
Oil to fry
Directions
Make cuts into fish fillet
Marinate fish with crushed pepper corns, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes
Heat oil in a flat wok, and shallow fry 5- 6 minutes on medium fire.
sprinkle little chaat masala
Serve with onion rings and mint chutney or sour cream.
