Radish Delight

Teatime monsoon snack

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 cups of radish grated
    • 1 teaspoon of ajwain seeds
    • 8-10 green chillies chopped
    • 1/2 tea spoon of ginger grated
    • 1/4 cup of corriander leaves chopped
    • 1 table spoon of maida
    • salt to taste
    • oil for deep frying


    1. Mix grated radish, ajwain seeds, green chillies, corriander leaves , maida and salt in a bowl
    2. make it dough. Do not add water.
    3. Take a lemon sized mix, flatten it
    4. Do the same for the rest
    5. Deep fry
    6. Enjoy with tea/coffee in monsoons
