1/4 kg paneer pieces
3 tbsps butter
2 tbsps cashewnuts pieces
1/4 kg tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp red chillipowder
1 big capsicum(chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilly paste
1/2 tsp garam masala.
Oil for deep frying
Deep fry paneer pieces slightly and crumble with hands.
Heat 2 tbsps butter and saute crumbled panner.
Add salt and cashewnuts,keep stirring for 10 mins,keep aside.
In another saucepan,heat remaining butter and saute capsicums for 1 min,add tomatoes and all masalas.Mix well
Add paneer and corriander leaves, saute for 4 mins.
Remove from fire and serve hot.
