Mince Meat Parathas

Stuffed flatbreads

This paratha goes very well with yogurt or any sweet chutney

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    DOUGH;
    • 1 cup white flour
    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • 2 1/2 tbsps oil
    FOR STUFFING
    • 1/2 KG mince meat
    • 1 1/2 tbsps ginger,garlic paste
    • 3 green chillies(chopped finely)
    • Salt
    • Oil
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 small onion chopped finely
    • 2 tbsps chopped corriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves

    Directions

    1. Prapare Dough by mixing both type of flours in a bowl, add oil, knead flour into a soft dough (not very soft) using water. Cover and keep aside.
    2. Wash meat ,squeeze out water, add ginger,garlic paste, salt and lemon,mix and cook till all water dries up.
    3. Add coriander leaves,onions, green chillies, garam masala and mint leaves. Mix well.
    4. Make 7-8 balls of the dough and roll each in oblong paratha, place 3 tbsps of meat in the middle, beat eggs, and pour 2 tbsps of egg on meat, fold all four sides.
    5. Make a thick paste of white flour and water, seal all sides with this paste, finish all the dough same way.
    6. Heat griddle, place one paratha on it, put little oil on sides, reduce heat and cook both sides till golden brown. Cook remaining Parathas same way
