Masala Chips

QUICK AND EASY

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 5 potatoes (cut into thick chips)
    • 3 tomatoes(peeled and grated)
    • 1 lemon
    • 3 tbsps corriander leaves
    • 3 tsps red chilly paste or green chilly paste
    • 1 big onion chopped
    • Oil for deep frying

    Directions

    1. Fry chips, keep aside.
    2. Heat 2 tsps oil, add onion, saute till translucent, add tomatoes,and chilly,braise for 2 mins, add corriander leaves, and chips, add lemon and salt, mix well and cook for 2 more mins.
    3. Serve hot with fried fish or sandwiches .
