QUICK AND EASY
Ingredients
vegetarian
6 servings
5 potatoes (cut into thick chips)
3 tomatoes(peeled and grated)
1 lemon
3 tbsps corriander leaves
3 tsps red chilly paste or green chilly paste
1 big onion chopped
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Fry chips, keep aside.
Heat 2 tsps oil, add onion, saute till translucent, add tomatoes,and chilly,braise for 2 mins, add corriander leaves, and chips, add lemon and salt, mix well and cook for 2 more mins.
Serve hot with fried fish or sandwiches .
