A very healthy dish and heart healthy too
1 cup split green moong daal
one bunch palak
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 to5 whole red chilli
1 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp oil for seasoning
Boil together daal coriander leaves paalak after washing it.
While boiling put in salt turmeric powder
Everything will be cooked in half hr. we can pressure it also.
When cooked just mash it lightly
Take a tsp. of oil in a kadhai put in cumin seeds when they start crackling put in the whole red chillies and the mixture of daal and paalak.
Enjoy it with rice or rotis
