Slice the onions, ginger and garlic very fine. fry till brown. add soya sauce, chilli powder, salt, raisins, tomatoes, cinnamon, cloves, green chillies and chese powder and fry for 5 minutes on slow fire. when all the ingredients are well blended, add the eggs and scramble them with the mixture.
Add the meat, coriander, mint and fry till the meat is coated with the mixture. add the milk and cook on slow fire till the meat is tender and the milk is all used up. more milk or water may be added if meat is not cooked. garnish with finely chopped celery.
