Soya bean halwa

It is a sweet dish

A healthy sweet breakfast rich in Proteins

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gms. Soaked soya beans
    • 100gms Sugar.
    • 1/4 litre Milk
    • 100 gms Mawa
    • 1/4 tsp Cardomom powder
    • ½ cup Ghee


    1. Soak the soya beans overnight and crush them in the mixer.
    2. Take a pan put ghee in it and fry the soya bean mixer for some time.
    3. Add milk and let it cook.
    4. As the mixture gets drier, add mawa and sugar.
    5. Sprinkle cardomom powder mix well.
