This is a slight variation to the other recipes and worth a try.
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
5-6 green chillis
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Dry grind cinnamon and cardamom.
Wet grind Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green chillis, powdered cinnamon and cardamom.
Boil Gobhi in salt water and keep aside.
Heat ghee in kadai, add the curry paste, garam masala and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Add gobhi, sugar and salt and simmer on low flame until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or chapathis.
