Spring Chicken

A light and crispy appetizer or snack dish .
Ingredients
non vegetarian
2 servings
6 - 8 pieces chicken
1 tsp gingerpaste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup maida white flour
1/2 tsp blackpepper oil for frying
Directions
Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt. Let it cool .
Make paste with above given rest of the ingredients .
Dip the boiled chicken and deep fry .
Serve with french fries and tomato ketchup .
