Spring Chicken

A light and crispy appetizer or snack dish .

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 6 - 8 pieces chicken
    • 1 tsp gingerpaste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup maida white flour
    • 1/2 tsp blackpepper oil for frying

     

    Directions

    1. Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt. Let it cool .
    2. Make paste with above given rest of the ingredients .
    3. Dip the boiled chicken and deep fry .
    4. Serve with french fries and tomato ketchup .
