Corn Bhel

It is an excellent appetizer or a mid day snack. It is cholesterol free and no fat healthy menu.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup Corn kernels  (In U.S. we get this corn in the frozen section. So just thaw this corn and bring it to room temperature)
    • One small size finely chopped onion.
    • one small size finely diced tomato
    • one small cucumber finely diced
    • 1 tbs chaat masala
    • 2tbs lemon juice
    • salt to taste
    • half tea spooon red chilli powder
    • cilantro


    1. Take the corn kernels (already cooked and ready to use) in a bowl and add the onions, tomatoes, cucumber. Add salte to taste.
    2. Then add chaat masala and the red chilli powder.
    3. Add the lemon jiuce and mix well.
    4. Do not let it sit for a long time.
    5. Garnish it with cilantro and serve.
