Simple and easy recipe
1 cup minced Beef
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 green finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp self raising flour
3 Eggs beaten
5-6 tbsp water
1 cup Spring Onions (finely chopped)
oil for frying
Sift the flour in a bowl and add beaten eggs and beat again so that it mixes well.
Gradually add water to make a thick creamy batter beating well .
Stir in the minced beef , onions ,red chilli powder, green chilli, turmeric and salt .
The mixture should be like stiff porridge.
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour .
Then deep fry like pakoras .
Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
