Mince Pakoras

Simple and easy recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup minced Beef
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 green finely chopped
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 3 tbsp self raising flour
    • 3 Eggs beaten
    • 5-6 tbsp water
    • 1 cup Spring Onions (finely chopped)
    • Salt
    • oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Sift the flour in a bowl and add beaten eggs and beat again so that it mixes well.
    2. Gradually add water to make a thick creamy batter beating well .
    3. Stir in the minced beef , onions ,red chilli powder, green chilli, turmeric and salt .
    4. The mixture should be like stiff porridge.
    5. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour .
    6. Then deep fry like pakoras .
    7. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
