Besan ka gutaa

easy to prepare and very tasty to eat

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup besan
    • 1 onion (chopped)
    • green chillies 3-4 ( chopped)
    • salt to taste
    • oil to cook

    Directions

    1. make a fine paste of besan like pakodas. add chopped onions and greec chillies and salt on it.
    2. take a heavy bottom pan and put one teaspoon oil in it, after 1 min add two table spoon of besan paste on it and fry  it like egg.
    3. Fry both side after that make a roll of this.
    4. set aside for 10 min.
    5. after 10 min cut into small pieces.
    6. Make a gravy of your choice and add them on it.

    this is actually not the correct method of preparing besan gatta.it is very good recipie of marwaris in which first we prepare a dough from besan then roll & boil it & then used that in gravy so this method is totally wrong & time consuming pl. correct this recipie.

    This receipe should be better known as Besan Cheele ki sabzi. For preparing gutte , you ought to mix salt and chilli powder and a bit of oil in besan. Make rolls from the paste and then boil them for 5 mins. Cut them in pieces and put them in a gravy.
