Brinjal with egg

It is tasty & easy to make

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    1. 4 purple Brinjal
    2. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    3. 2 red Chillies
    4. 2-4 Bay leaves
    5. pack of Maggi Masala
    6. 2 tsp Refined oil
    7. 2 Onion (medium size)
    8. 1 Tomato
    9. 1 tsp Garlic pieces
    10. 1 bunch coriander leaves

    Directions

    1. Cut brinjal, onion, garlic & tomato into small pieces.
    2. Heat oil, add bay leaves, cumin seed, red chilli and onions.
    3. Fry and add tomato and brinjal now
    4. Cook for 10 minutes in low flame
    5. Then add 2 egg
    6. mash all things for a few minutes.
    7. Add coriander leaves for garnishing
    8. Ready to serve

    On your Ingredients there is no egg. 2. What do you do with the Maggi masala pack. Is this noodles pack or just the masala pouch in the maggi noodles????
