Hot, crispy and tangy

Good tea time snack

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 10 large half boiled potatos
    • 1tsp bhuna jeera powder
    • ½ tsp Asafitida powder
    • 1tsp red chilly powder
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1tsp crushed black pepper corns
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • Little chopped coriender and mint leaves
    • Oil to fry potatos


    1. Half boil potatos, peel and cut into medium sized cubes.
    2. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry potatos till light brown
    3. in a large bowl put fried potatos and add all masala with salt, lemon juice and chopped coriender-mint leaves.
    4. Mix well and serve hot.
