Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1/2 kg. boneless chicken, cut into strips
    • 1 cup curd
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • bread crumbs or crushed monaco biscuits

    Directions

    1. Marinate the chicken pieces in curd, salt and pepper for 3 hours.
    2. Remove and coat them in bread crumbs.
    3. Bake in a pre heated oven [180 degrees] on both sides till crisp and done.
    4. Serve with mayonaise or tomato ketchup.
    5. Chicken can be substitited with boneless fish fillet too.

    Good! I tried this recipe and it was ok. It was too blend and the bread crumbs got soggy instead of crispy, may be because of the yogurt/curd and the moisture from the chicken. It tasted alright the first day but the next day the chicken fingers had dried out. I would like to recommend using Panko crispy bread crumbs, instead of just regular bread crumbs. I don't think that I will be making this recipe again. Thank you!

    Hi Nishu & Zarin, Sure you can deep fry, but baking is a healthier option. If frying, try using Canola oil which is next best to Olive oil.
