Mushroom Tikki

If you love mushrooms this will definetely delight you

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 15 Button Mushroom
    • 4 Potatoes (Boiled & mashed)
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
    • 1 Onion (chopped)
    • 3 Green Chilles (finely chopped)
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
    • 2 tbsp Corinder (Cilantro)
    • Salt - to taste
    • 1 cup Sooji(Semolina/Rava)

    Directions

    1. Boil for 3 mins & finely chop the mushrooms.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai & add onion, green chilles, salt, Mushrooms & black pepper. Fry & mix well for 2 mins.
    3. Add this mixture to mashed potatoes with finely chopped coriander. Mix well & make tikkis of round or any shape.
    4. Roll them in sooji & shallow fry till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot with ketchup or Mint chutney.
