in a dry pan heat ghee, add garam masala, onion to it . when colour of the onion changes add ginger garlic paste to it .
add minced mutton to the onion mixture, add green chillies, haldi, red chilli powder, salt and mushroom n cook in low flame.[NOTE:add little water so that the mutton gets well cooked]
to the cooked masala of mutton , add badam&kaju paste and cook well.
in another pan heat ghee a little and add kismis, finely chopped badam and kaju. fry it till it gives a rich golden colour.
when the minced mutton masala is finely cooked add the fried kismis, badam, and kaju.
mouth watering minced mutton mushroom mughal is ready to serve.[ NOTE: garnish it with coriander leaves]
this can be served with any mughal rice, roti's, nans etc.
