Mix yoghurt and sooji in a semi thick batter, using water.Mix salt.
Mix all vegetables in a bowl, add red chilly powder, little salt , dhania jeera powder and corriander leaves.
Mix Enos in a batter, heat griddle, add little oil,put spoonfull of batter in the center,drizzle oil on the side,spread mixed vegetables on it,sprinkle tomatoes and capsicum, cook one side and turn over carefully to cook the other side, till light brown.
