Pudina Aloo
Mint flavoured fried potatoes

Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
8 large potatos (boiled and peeled)
1/4 cup finely chopped pudina/mint leaves
1/4 cup chopped dhania powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 green chilly chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp dhania powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 lemon juice
Directions
Boil and peel potatos, and cut into 1 inch cubes
Heat oil in a wok, put jeera, asafoetida and chopped green chilly, fry a little then aloo immediately.
Put pudia, salt and all masala, and fry till potatos are light brown.
Put chopped dhania and lemon juice, mix well.
Serve as a side dish.
