Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup maida
    • 3 tbsp rava
    • 1/4 ltr milk
    • 3 tsp sugar
    • cashew,badam & walnuts-coarsely ground
    • oil for deep frying
    • a pinch of salt
    • a pinch of kesari colour(orange)
    • 'pacha karpooram' (camphor used in cooking)

    Directions

    1. Make a soft dough using maida, rava, a pinch of salt & water. Cover & keep for 15-20 minutes.
    2. To warm milk, add sugar, kesari colour,pacha karpooram. Keep aside.
    3. Make small round & deep fry them. (You can also fold them into various shapes)
    4. Remove excess oil on kitchen towel & place them on serving plates.
    5. Pour the milk mixture on the rotis just before serving & garnish with nuts.
