Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gms Lamb meat boneless
    • Eggs boiled
    • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp curd
    • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • roasted bengal gram (powdered)
    • Salt
    • Oil


    1. Pressure cook the meat with giner garlic salt red chilli pwd and turmeric for 15-20 min
    2. Cool and grind
    3. Add curd and dal powder
    4. Knead till meat bcomes soft
    5. Divide flatten and cover egg with this and fry.
    6. Garnish with mint leaves and potato  chips

    U can use chicken meat also instead of lamb meat. Grind the meat and wrap in egg. Try it....easy n simple!!

    can we use minced lamb meat instead of lamb meat.& i thing we dont need to grind the mince meat after pressure cooker.
